  • Rates can change anytime. Refund policy remains unchanged.
  • No guaranteed delivery time; estimates only.
  • We may change service types to fulfill your order as needed.

3. Service

  • This platform enhances social media appearance (followers/likes).
  • No guarantee followers will engage with your account.
  • Not all followers will have complete profiles.
  • Don’t upload inappropriate content; private account orders aren’t refundable.

4. Refund Policy

  • No refunds to payment methods; credits stay on account.
  • Disputes or chargebacks will result in ban and service reversal.
  • Refunds only for undeliverable orders (not misplaced/private orders).
  • Fraudulent activity = account termination.
  • Don’t use multiple servers for same order – no refunds if you do.
  • Once funds are added to your account, they cannot be withdrawn as cash unless you use Service ID 429 - Withdrawal-$.
  • Please read the service description carefully before using it. A fee applies. The amount you enter in the quantity section will be the final amount you receive after deductions.

5. Privacy Policy

  • Your data is encrypted and stored securely.
  • No personal data is sold or shared.

6. Liabilities

We are not liable for account suspension or content deletion by any social media platform.

7. Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any damages to you or your business by using our services.

8. Advertising

No guaranteed results from advertisements. Use at your own risk.

Delivery Delay & Cancellation Policy

If your order is not received within 24 hours, you may either wait or send a cancellation request.

After submitting a cancellation request, the processing time is 24 hours.

If the order is completed during this time, the order will be considered delivered and no refund will be given.

If the order is not completed, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued via the website.

Important Notes

Note 1: If you place your order on Thursday, you may receive it on Monday because the office is closed for 2 days (Friday & Saturday).

No.2: If your order is delayed, send a cancel request with your Order ID. Cancellation will be processed within 24 hours

No.3: Please double-check the number before ordering. We do not provide any guarantee for wrong numbers.

No.4: Once your order is delivered, the data will be deleted permanently. No backup is kept. Save your files immediately.

No.5: You must check your order within 3 hours of delivery. If there's an issue, contact us immediately — no guarantee applies after that.
